If you’re dreaming of a Port Royal wedding filled with coastal beauty and a touch of Old Naples charm, this is the ideal location for you.
As an experienced Naples wedding photographer, who has captured countless weddings in beautiful locations, I’m especially drawn to places that have a bit of unique personality and charm.
Port Royal weddings offer both.
Nestled along the shimmering waters of Naples Bay, Port Royal is one of Southwest Florida’s most luxurious and historic neighborhoods and it’s an absolute dream location for couples who want elegance and privacy all in one.
Kimberly and William’s celebration took place at one of those rare, beautifully preserved homes in the area. The backyard, where they exchanged vows, was turned into a floral paradise with gorgeous waterfront views.

The Beauty of Naples’ Port Royal
There is something so special about Naples’ Port Royal. It’s effortlessly beautiful with its palm-lined streets, private docks, and views that absolutely glow at sunset. It’s no wonder so many couples fall in love with this exclusive corner of Naples.
One of the things I love most about photographing in Port Royal Naples FL is that not every home looks the same. While many have been modernized, a few of the original 1960s homes remain, and they exude so much warmth
A Joyful Port Royal Wedding Day
Kimberly and William’s day took place in one of these historically preserved homes. And while their Port Royal wedding came together quickly, every single detail was woven intentionally into their day:
The couple’s beloved dog, Peyton, even made an appearance! Peyton is older and battling illness, so having him there was incredibly meaningful. You’ll spot him in several ceremony photos, soaking up all the love and attention.
The morning began with detailed shots of the couple’s vibrant florals and unique keepsakes. William read a heartfelt letter from Kim, and Kim shared an emotional first look with her dad that brought them both to tears.

Florals, Family, and all the Naples Details
Kim and William exchanged vows in the backyard in front of a breathtaking view of the water. It was peaceful, intimate, and perfect for saying “I do.”
As the afternoon light softened, we moved into bridal portraits. The glow from the water created the most magical light and Kim looked absolutely radiant.
Kimberly’s bouquet was something truly special. The peonies came from her mother’s own garden in Virginia! Her mother flew them all the way to Florida so her daughter could have a piece of home with her. It was such a unique and sentimental touch.
The rest of their floral design included bowls of fresh oranges and cheerful blooms mixed with vibrant greens. These colors were the perfect reflection of their personalities and of sunny Southwest Florida. Every table felt alive with warmth and color.
Something I especially love about Port Royal weddings is that the details never feel forced. The natural beauty, the soft light, and the emotional energy help everything come together so organically.

Why I Love Photographing Port Royal Naples Florida Weddings
As a photographer, Port Royal Naples Florida is one of my favorite places to capture love stories. The light here is pure magic. Soft, golden, and flattering at every angle. Between the waterfront views, tropical gardens, and peaceful atmosphere, it’s a dream location for beautiful, editorial-style photos.
No two Port Royal Naples FL weddings ever look the same. Each home has its own character, each couple their own story, and that’s what makes every gallery different. Whether we’re taking portraits along the water or under the banyan trees, the result is always elegant, romantic, and full of raw emotion.
